Novotel Phuket Resort, Patong

Our stay in Thailand was truly delightful! The hotel provided a smooth experience from the moment we checked in, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. While the dining options were on the pricier side, the overall beauty of the hotel and the stunning ocean views made it worth it. I did find the local transportation to be a bit expensive, but we appreciated the shuttle service offered by the hotel, which made getting around much easier.

My stay at the hotel was quite an experience! While I had some fantastic moments during my visit, especially with the stunning views and enjoyable pool area, there were also some hiccups, particularly with staff training and reception issues. The location is a bit uphill, which can be challenging, but the shuttle service makes getting around easier. Overall, I would consider this place if you book through an agent for better rates, but just prepare for a few bumps.
